P.S.
I stood up from backbends on Thursday and Friday BY MYSELF! And I’m dropping back by myself too, but feel WAAAY less confident about that. I cannot for the life of me control the mad panic I feel when I think of dropping back by myself, with no-one to help me land on my hands and not my head! Some serious fear. And today when I tried to stand up it just did not happen. Whether it was because I was in my lounge without my teacher I don’t know, but for the life of me I couldn’t remember what the hell I was supposed to do and it went back to feeling like it has for the last 2 years - impossible and terribly hard! Crap.
