Best: Yoga. What did I do before Ashtanga yoga? And why did it take me so long to get into it?? Anyway, tomorrow will be my third time this week and I’m feeling…REBALANCED!
Worst: Gimli bear’s bone cancer is worsening…and I think it’s begun the colonisation of his lungs. It’s only been 3 weeks since he was diagnosed! I’ve promised myself and him that I’ll do what needs to be done when he’s no longer eating and tail-wagging 🙁
