Right.  It’s time to get a grip.  I have a thing for sugar and at the moment the call of Lindt and rusks dipped in hot tea is way too persuasive.  I realised just how much I need a cleanse while looking at my thighs in downward dog this morning (I was wearing some pretty short shorts).

So, a juice fast it will be.  From Monday.  I’m thinking three days would be good, but five days would really be a mental challenge.
